Villa Manager and Concierge

Our experienced manager and concierge are both fluent in five languages and have a deep knowledge of the local area, the Dominican Republic and, of course, Villa Valentina.

From the moment you make your reservation, they will be in touch to coordinate all pre-arrival details, including the planning of meals, special requests, events, activities and transportation, so you can plan a tailor-made luxury holiday.

Security

Villa Valentina is located in a gated community with access control and a 24-hour security team. In addition, the villa has a perimeter surveillance system with security cameras.

Maintenance equipment

Our full-time staff take care of the maintenance of the villa, the pool, the jacuzzi and the garden. They work discreetly to keep Villa Valentina in perfect condition.
